The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the Sky Tower. Our room had a great size but the carpet was wet and made our stay uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, just wish the maintenance was better.

We had an amazing time enjoying the 4-hour Waiheke Island wine tour, sampling some of the best artisan wines. The kids loved their activity packs too, which was a fun touch. Plus, our suite was spacious and welcoming for our family and small dog.
