The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the Sky Tower. Our room had a great size but the carpet was wet and made our stay uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, just wish the maintenance was better.

We had an amazing time enjoying the 4-hour Waiheke Island wine tour, sampling some of the best artisan wines. The kids loved their activity packs too, which was a fun touch. Plus, our suite was spacious and welcoming for our family and small dog.
In my wife’s opinion, more cutlery would make it easier for meal preparation with children.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28nice viewsself-contained facilitiescramped space
Good views on higher floors make for a decent visual experience, especially at night. The common facilities offer a variety of self-contained options which can be useful for longer stays.
The room layout in my apartment felt cramped, primarily due to excess furniture. Navigating around the living space often involved squeezing between the couch and kitchen. Equipment like the washing machine was broken, and the kitchen lacked basic items. the absence of important tools made meal prep difficult. Noise levels were bothersome, especially with doors slamming during the night—a bit of a sleep disruptor.

Great location with a spacious room
I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite, which was spacious for my family of four. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and the location made it easy to explore the city center. We loved the nearby coffee shop, and everything was within walking distance. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed a few areas needing attention.
